Marc Grull, PhD, B.Sc (Ing)

Marc Grull is a consultant specializing in biotechnology, process development, and project leadership. With over a decade of experience in scientific research and industry, he brings deep expertise in managing complex initiatives, integrating data-driven systems, and guiding cross-functional teams.

Marc holds a PhD in Microbiology from Memorial University of Newfoundland, where he focused on bacterial genetics and small RNAs, followed by postdoctoral research on RNA–RNA interactions in microbial systems. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Process Engineering (Biotechnology) from Mannheim University of Applied Sciences in Germany.

He is currently completing a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Leadership, combining scientific expertise with strategic insight to support clients in achieving operational and innovation goals.

Marc works with organizations at the intersection of science, technology, and business—offering practical solutions grounded in both technical depth and leadership acumen.
